Berner Sennenhund

Bernese Mountain Dog is also known as Berner Sennenhund. They are well known to be a native Swiss breed from Berrnese Alps. They are mainly used for driving livestock, draft work and as a general farm guardian to warm the family. The height of the male dogs will be 24 to 28 inches, and for the female 23 to 27 inches. The weight of the male dogs should be within 85 to 110 lbs and the female dogs should be within 80 to 105 lbs.
